At Stylo Jeans Wholesale, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality mens jeans. We understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • We thoroughly inspect each item before it leaves our warehouse, but if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Incorrect Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

  3. Size or Fit Issues:

    • If you encounter size or fit issues, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process:

    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or size/fit issues, please contact our customer support team at stylojeans112@gmail.com within the specified timeframes.

  2. Provide Necessary Information:

    • When contacting us, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. This information will help us process your request quickly.

  3. Approval and Return Instructions:

    • Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item.

  4. Packaging and Shipping:

    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping. Include the RA number on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund or Replacement:

  1. Refund:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

  2. Replacement:

    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will replace the item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Additional Information:

  1. Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee may be applicable for returns not due to defects, damages, or errors on our part. This fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.

  2. Exchange:

    • Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
